W.Courses China - Watershed new project to promote the study of Chinese affairs.

The proposal is to encourage knowledge and networking among students, professionals and experts from different countries and backgrounds, as well as to contribute to the development of regional studies centres for Chinese Affairs in Brazil.

First W.Courses on China took place in August 2010 in FACAMP - Faculdades de Campinas, bringing together four experts and 80 students. It was a 18 hour intensive course, organised in partnership with CIERI - Institutional Council of International Relations Students - from the aforementioned university. Besides, Watershed signed a partnership with FENERI - National Federation of International Relations Students -, which will join efforts to reach the goals proposed above, to enrich the organisation and divulgation, as well as to increase the geographic reach of W.Courses.
