Watershed new project aims to embolden thinking and learning capabilities, as well as to stimulate passion for knowledge among 14 to 17 year old students with poor access to formal education and information.
The PhD Social Mobilization / Mutirões PhD will be implemented through a structured agenda of mobilization rounds developed by Watershed contributors who will apply their specialties and experiences and make use of all the content and the network of relationships of the website in the process.
Why mobilization?
a) Social concern: to focus people with little access to formal education and quality information.
b) Logistical advantages: to have a mobile structure that allows the realization of parallel actions for more groups in different geographic areas, without a fixed and costly operations base.

Method
The project rounds are carried out through a constructivist tutorial method and are characterized by a flexible "teaching" process that allows customization of each project and potentializes each talent among the group.
Structure
Each PhD Social Mobilization / Mutirões PhD lasts 16 weeks and is divided into 16 mini-mobilizations. Each weekly mini-mobilization lasts 3 hours.
Topics
History, Geography, International Relations, Economics and Culture will be the subjects.
Welcome kit
Watershed will offer a world Atlas and a folder, explaining the project and showing how the PhD Social Mobilization / Mutirões PhD can be a humble but effective watershed in the life of each one of them.
Incentives
Watershed will develop an Incentive Plan to reward results.
